Ho ricevuto come regalo una visita guidata di Varenna con gita in barca a remi e aperitivo finale. E' stata un'esperienza veramente bella e ricca. Nadia è una guida perfetta, è preparatissima e ci ha trasmesso un'infinità di informazioni veramente interessanti con entusiasmo, passione, professionalità e semplicità. La gita in barca è stata poi bellissima, con una Lucia, imbarcazione tipica del Lario, di legno, che scivolava sul lago azionata a remi, silenziosa ed ecologica, sempre con Nadia che ci illustrava le bellezze del lago da un punto di vista veramente privilegiato. La ciligina finale è stato l'aperitivo, con una bottiglia di ottimo vino bianco che accompagnava un delizioso tagliere di salumi e formaggi tipici. Veramente un bellissimo pomeriggio che consiglio a chiunque

Bellissima esperienza ... Trekking al lago di Mezzola e Piani di Spagna, con gita in barca e pranzo in agriturismo, il tutto organizzato nei minimi dettagli e accompagnati dalla competenza, professionalità e simpatia di Nadia! Una giornata indimenticabile che consiglio a tutti!

Nadia, was really great!
She made our hiking tour an adventure and joy. We enjoyed all our conversations and experiences with her. She is Varenna native and her friendship with the locals was fun and she gave real insight into local living. We will recommend her to our friends.

We had a fantastic day touring the area with Nadia and are so glad we got to experience the local attractions with her. The first question one might ask is...Do I need a guide? The obvious answer is no, you can do everything on your own. However, you will simply walk past everything instead of experiencing them. It was truly a wonderful time with her, whether it was the casual conversation or her informing us about the various things. We went on the full fledge adventure with her and it was a great way to start our vacation.

We had one day in Varenna, and with limited time, wanted to make the most of it. We also enjoy hiking and wanted to include that in our day trip. We were thrilled to find Nadia. Exploring the area with a guide allows you to learn so much more about the history and culture of the area - things we definitely would have missed out on going it alone. Nadia was also very thoughtful on the trails - making sure we navigated the terrain safely. Highlights were the trek up to the castle and to the waterfall / river. At the end of the hike, Nadia was able to secure us a table (it was near closing time) at restaurant overlooking the lake where our hike had ended - about a 20 minute walk outside the town of Varenna. It was our best meal in Italy. I give my highest recommendation to Nadia!

We had a wonderful tour of Varenna with Nadia this September! She shared all her extensive knowledge of the area and also her personal experience growing up in the village. Our wine tasting was lovely and delicious! And we finished the day with a special treat…a scoop of gelato from the local store on Lover’s Walkway! Grazie Mille Nadia!
